I understand that it was supposed to be a farce and I have to admit that I laughed quite a few times here. But I think that here it was necessary for the whole concept to go a little more extreme. A bit brutal. Because when I'm supposed to laugh at the mobsters, it should be extreme humor. But that didn't happen here. Toni Collette was mostly extremely awkward and those script gimmicks could also go to hell.

A laid-back gangster comedy about how an ordinary woman becomes the head of a mafia family from one day to the next. Funny, well acted and swingingly Italian. However, the action is mediocre and it doesn't excel on any level, unfortunately, but it doesn't offend. Pure average.
