A very mediocre film that pretends to be something more. It's just a plain mainstream film that stands out only in its attempt to tackle a fairly interesting theme. It doesn't succeed, and even the action scenes aren't particularly impressive. It's clear they aimed to make the film on a budget while trying to pass it off as a great modern version of Top Gun.
