Engels I'm really angry that the creators decided to add elements of a South American soap opera into an otherwise fun series. When I heard that the third season would be the last one, I was disappointed. Later, I was glad that it would continue after all. But then I saw episodes 25 and 26 which made me think that a definitive ending would have been the best solution. ()

Engels The third season of Lucifer doesn’t bring any major changes, but it relies on what worked in the first two seasons: humor. Viewers will encounter a plethora of funny situations, possibly more than ever before. The familiar characters are once again full of energy, and I find it surprising how much I’ve grown attached to all of them; the casting is simply divine. With a generous dose of devilish charm, Tom Ellis continues to shine, convincing me of his incredible acting talent with just this one role. His British accent, supported by wonderfully crafted dialogue, creates an unforgettable combo. The story itself is above average, with the plotline involving the first murderer, Cain, being interesting, though I do have some reservations. For instance, Tom Welling’s acting didn’t convince me much. I’d probably rate it three stars (mainly due to the length, which occasionally felt like a Venezuelan soap opera), were it not for the brilliant finale (episodes 23 and 24) and possibly the best moment of the series, the ending of episode 20. Tom Ellis was truly impressive there. I give it a 7.5/10. ()
