TinkerBell en de piraten zet koers voor het spannendste Disney Fairies avontuur ooit! Zarina is een onbegrepen elfje en elfenstof-bewaarder. Wanneer ze de belangrijke Blauwe Elfenstof uit Pixie Hollow steelt, vliegt ze er vandoor om te gaan samenwerken met de piraten van de Schedelrots. Het is nu aan TinkerBell en haar elfenvriendjes om een groot avontuur aan te gaan en de elfenstof weer terug te brengen. Maar wanneer ze achter Zarina aanzitten, staat Tinks wereld ineens op zijn kop. TinkerBell en haar vriendjes merken dat hun speciale talenten omgeruild zijn. Beautiful animation, which is expected from Disney, and a fairly nice story that mainly succeeds in setting up some foundational events for Peter Pan and his story. There are some pretty good allusions here. This is actually about the birth of Captain Hook. It's a bit clichéd, but surprisingly not as much as one might expect. This film certainly won't offend children, and due to its length, parents can also sit through it without issue.
