From the title itself, it's probably clear that this is a variation of RoboCop. Indeed it is. All you can expect is a very cheap version with bad effects (basically just digital blood) and a not-very-interesting story. It’s just an investigation led by a regular policeman and probably an android that looks very human-like. Even the masks are not very sophisticated. It’s a cheap B-movie that just steals from a well-known character, nothing more.
