The film from the very beginning utilizes that classic expectation where the viewer doesn't know what will happen next. Perhaps the beginning is a bit too literal because what the characters say at the start ends up happening in essence, which is a shame. The surprisingly good screenplay is handled well by the director, and the tension escalates effectively. Maybe it's cut off too quickly, but I'm still satisfied. Just a minor detail: would a handyman arrive without any tools at all? I've never ordered one myself, so I wouldn't know, but it does seem strange.
