Watching Gentleman's Agreement almost made me nauseous. Not even because of how the film is shot, or how it's acted, because there's not much to criticize about that because it's good. But rather because one realizes that it's a film that accentuates antisemitism soon after the war. But 70 years have passed, and nothing has changed in the world. The hate is still there and it’s even worse. Basically a timeless film. ()
