The idea of cutting and pre-dubbing an exotic material is a million dollar idea. Woody came up with it first, but unfortunately, maybe everyone who came after him was more successful. Perhaps it is due to the absence of anything else other than just the initial idea, perhaps the interventions of the studio, perhaps the repetition of jokes, their awkward childishness or, on the contrary, sweatiness, but Tiger Lily is now almost unwatchable.
